RoseStreet Labs Energy (RSLE) is a business focussed on the development and production of high efficiency thin film photovoltaics utilizing Full Spectrum Technology. RSLE headquarters are located in Phoenix, Arizona. As part of its vision to produce and market high efficiency photovoltaic products, RSLE operates an active development center which includes a pilot line and also a laboratory for solar cell packaging and interconnection.

As background to the opening of the pilot line, RoseStreet Labs, LLC & Sumitomo Chemical Co. Ltd. (Sumitomo) formed a joint venture, Rosestreet Labs Energy, Inc. (RoseStreet Energy), for the development and manufacturing of Full Spectrum solar cells for the renewable energy markets. The joint venture is developing both thin film and multijunction high efficiency solar cells for both the concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) and flat panel markets.
