Bob Forcier - Chairman & CEO

Bob Forcier has over 30 years experience in business startups, product commercialization and executive leadership including a proven track record of developing products from the R&D stage through full scale manufacturing in a variety of markets.  Bob also has a successful executive background, including 15 years in the position of President of a wholly owned subsidiary of a prominent NYSE electronics firm. Mr. Forcier has three successful start-up ventures.

Wladek Walukiewicz  Ph.D Chief Technical Officer RSLE

– Dr. Wladek Walukiewicz (LBNL) will coordinate research and development of group III-nitride multijunction and intermediate band solar cells. The R&D activities will be carried out at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) and Cornell University. Dr. Walukiewicz received his PhD in Solid State Physics from the Warsaw Institute of Physics. For ten years he worked at the Warsaw Institute and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before joining LBNL. He is currently a Senior Scientist at LBNL, where his research focuses on solar cell materials and designs. Dr. Walukiewicz has authored over 300 papers, review articles and book chapters. He is also co-inventor on several patents in the area of solar cell materials and device technology.

Greg Marshall - Chief Financial Officer

 Greg’s background includes over 17 years of financial management experience primarily in public sector semiconductor manufacturing.  In this CFO position, Greg will direct the strategic activities of financial management, strategic planning & analysis, M&A activities, Joint Venture management and cost accounting implementation.
He has held significant leadership roles at ON Semiconductor and Motorola, including his most recent role as the Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at ON Semiconductor.   Greg has successfully managed multiple Global Finance activities in 11 worldwide locations.
